For my godchild’s birthday, like often I must admit, I wanted to make a little customized gift.
Great fan of the magazine « Coudre c’est facile » (French magazine, “it’s easy to sew”), I bought this special edition (N°15) which cover eye-catched me right away. This small owl made from fabric is originally a pin-needle cushion and a scissor holder that I enlarged and used as a soft toy pattern.
My godchild is very lucky no? But it’s above all me who is lucky to see her surprise and her smile when she discovers her gift…
