Here we go again to start making this branch of 2 roses. It will be my 10th rose and my 8th rose from the book of Sayoko Yasuda (Somebana – Proud roses in full blossom).
Pink, yellow, burgundy, red garnet are the colors that seemed the right ones to make this rose.
For the leaves, I used as advised by the book olive green, grey, black and a touch of burgundy or pink to remind the petals.
I also tried new thinner stamens made from silk to see the effect compared to the other ones that are thicker. I also used thicker flower wires to see if they bring a better support of the leaves.
